Complete our booking form online and tell us:
- Name, address and contact email and/or phone number
- Starting date of hire and number of days required
- Where you are staying
- Number of sets, RH/LH etc.
- Extras such as balls tees etc needed to purchase
We will try to confirm your booking within 24 hours ( except weekends)
Pay us either by card or bank transfer
Starting Day
- Collect your equipment or meet us at the agreed delivery location and time.
- You will be required to :
- Present a valid ID document ( photo driving licence or passport)
- Sign our Clubhire Agreement Form and provide credit card details authorising us to charge for any late, lost, stolen, broken or damaged item.
Return Day
- Return your equipment to our office or meet us at the agreed collection location and time.
